In'a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, lies the largest fly-fishing water in the Benelux. This 58-hectare reservoir has a depth of over 25 meters and can be fished from a boat, belly boat, or from the shore. The beautiful and crystal-clear water is open year-round.

Fishing Meerheuvel

Fishing on this 58 ha reservoir, with depths of more than 25 meters, can be a huge challenge. There are many different ways to fish here. The most beautiful way is undoubtedly catching fish with a dry fly. 

However, other methods will also need to be used to enjoy a successful day. Think of fishing with an intermediate fly line, and sinking lines from DI3 to DI7, allowing the presentation of nymphs, buzzers or streamers.

All these lines make it possible to apply different fishing styles, such as the “Washing Line” technique or the “Bung Style”.
